The Department of Posts, Govt. of India is conducting a letter writing contest for school children.
The competition will be held in two categories - Junior (class 6 - 8) and Senior (9 - 12)
The participants should write the letters on an Inland Letter Card in their own handwriting.
Letters can be in English or in Tamil.
There are five different topics to choose from in each category.
Students can write on any number of topics, but each letter should be in a separate Inland Letter.
Letters are to be posted to :
The Director (Mail Business), First Floor, Greams Road PO, Chennai 600006, so as to reach before 30.09.2007.
Best letters will be awarded prizes ranging from bicycles, electronic keyboards and many more.
