For students of class 11 and 12

I know students of class 11 and 12 are too busy to be part of extra curricular activities. But the following two activities will be useful for your preparation for competitive exams as well as inproving your public speaking skills. Take some time off!

1. Nandini Voice for the Deprived is conducting an oratorical competition for class 11 and 12 students. The topic is 'How to eradicate the drinking eveil in Tamilnadu'. This is a state level competition. The preliminary rounds will be held in the first and second week of September and finals in the last week of September.
The winners will speak at a meeting on Gandhi Jayanti day - Oct. 2

2. If you are good in Chemistry and aiming to be at the International Chemistry Olympiad, here is a chance to test your skills.
Children's Club Society, Mylapore will be conducting a Chemistry Talent Exam for Class 12 students on July 9 at 9.30 am at the Club premises. Dr. Mangala Sunder Krishna of IIT Madras will conduct the programme.
